Service-Learning Australia

Show Your Story on Service-Learning Australia’s YouTube Channel

You are proud of what your students are achieving through service-learning.  Now is their chance to show how they are making a difference in the world.   Encourage them to shoot a video of their service-learning story, send it to us and we’ll show it on the Service-Learning Australia YouTube Channel.

What makes a good service-learning YouTube story?

  • Have a clear beginning that describes the service goals, the learning goals and introduces the community partners.
  • Show the project in progress.
  • Tell the story in an interesting way, including any statistics (number of students and their ages etc.)
  • Have a clear ending that describes what was achieved, what was learned, and gives plans for future projects.
  • Note:  The recording should be a maximum of 2-4 minutes in length and must be able to be up-loaded onto YouTube (remember, copyright music is blocked by You Tube).

The Process:

  • Link to the form (below).
  • Complete it.
  • Attach any other documents, photos and PowerPoint presentations.
  • Submit the form.

Mail the CD to:
