At each phase, you need to monitor progress towards achieving your goals and evaluate the processes used.  Therefore in the early planning stages, you and your students need to develop a method of evaluation.  Include your community partners in these discussions, because each group of stakeholders will have outcomes that they want achieved and need to develop a method of evaluation.
